They have always provided great service, whether a seasonal service call or a problem arises. I heard about them through word of mouth several years ago when my AC system was just not working and that was after two different companies said “It is fixed”, ha ha! NTM then came out and repaired what was the real problem (which was minor), and corrected some of the issues the previous companies messed up (wrong capacitor and not cleaning the condenser coil properly). They know what they are doing and are professionals. I highly recommend NTM.”
