"Ok, so I work for NTM and I think they are awesome, but I really had no idea how great our technicians and Trane systems were until they installed the top of the line Trane XL20i Heat Pump at my house. My house is only 7 1/2 years old with a 12 SEER Carrier all electric system, my electricity bill reached over $400 and I almost cried. My house is only 1800sqft and I have already changed all my light bulbs to energy efficient bulbs, set my thermostat back when we're not home, re-sealed all the windows, got solar screens on my western windows, and so on. All the affordable can-do items were covered. Dave, the owner said that was it and worked with me on price and had the best Trane system installed at my house. Our install technicians really are great, they also corrected my airflow problems by modifying my duct work. They found that the original installer had made several mistakes (we almost always find that so not a surprise.)
By the time my awesome new system, cool new thermostat, and modified air ducts were completed you could say that I was actually GIDDY with JOY! I work with companies all over the country, talk HVAC every day for the last 10 years and never considered AC and Heating to be exciting, I WAS WRONG!
After a year of great airflow, no more airflow/air balancing issues, cleaner air (Trane air cleaner), and a really cool thermostat that tells me the outside air temperature, I 'm proud to announce that my last electricity bill was only $165, which is the highest since my change out. (Oh, and yes, my electricity rate is higher than last year.) Trane makes a superior product, but NTM has a phenomenal well trained team to install them. I'm proud to say I won't send someone to your house that I wouldn't let work on mine. Do unto others…"

"North Texas Mechanical is great! We had an early April heat wave in Texas, the first of the season. Temperatures over 100 degrees. Our upstairs A/C went out forcing the entire family downstairs for the night Easter Sunday. The next morning (Monday) I called and setup an appointment for Tuesday A.M. No repair companies would commit to same day service due to high demands. I stuck with my appointment with NTM. To my surprise NTM called several hours later and stated they could come by around 4pm. I was shocked and amazed they could do that with the high demand for service. The unit was repaired and began cooling off right away. The kids were disappointed they wouldn't get to camp out downstairs that night but my wife and I were glad."

"I had a Trane A/C system installed by another Trane approved dealer . . . he then performed two Preventative Maintenance check-ups. My bill went up alot after the install. . . . the contractor went out of business and I had problems and it was costing me. I contacted NTM Services and when they came out, they found that the unit looked like it had been dropped during the install process, causing refrigerant lines to be pinched along with the original installation not being done correctly. NTM fixed the problems, much of it under warranty, but I ended up paying way too much for the first install to be done right. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend NTM."
