7-05-07 "Had 2 a/c issues in the past 2 weeks (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). In both cases, we were taken care of the next day! Both Michael and James diagnosed the different problems quickly and fixed them for under $200. Plus, they were extremely professional and polite, as was the lady who scheduled the appointments. I have referred NTM to all my friends in the area and they always have similar comments. Thanks for running such a fine "service" business.

4-25-06 "North Texas Mechanical is great! We had an early April heat wave in Texas, the first of the season. Temperatures over 100 degrees. Our upstairs A/C went out forcing the entire family downstairs for the night Easter Sunday. The next morning (Monday) I called and setup an appointment for Tuesday A.M. No repair companies would commit to same day service due to high demands. I stuck with my appointment with NTM. To my surprise NTM called several hours later and stated they could come by around 4pm. I was shocked and amazed they could do that with the high demand for service. The unit was repaired and began cooling off right away. The kids were disappointed they wouldn't get to camp out downstairs that night but my wife and I were glad."

2-18-06 "I had a Trane A/C system installed by another Trane approved dealer . . . he then performed two Preventative Maintenance check-ups. My bill went up alot after the install. . . . the contractor went out of business and I had problems and it was costing me. I contacted NTM Services and when they came out, they found that the unit looked like it had been dropped during the install process, causing refrigerant lines to be pinched along with the original installation not being done correctly. NTM fixed the problems, much of it under warranty, but I ended up paying way too much for the first install to be done right. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend NTM."
