Operations and Maintenance
- We provide full-service maintenance, with dedicated staff to ensure on-going system maintenance and quick repair.
- We will tailor a regular maintenance program to change filters and belts, keeping a close eye out for potential problems and system failures. Most importantly, regular maintenance allows us to provide a financial heads-up for budget conscious business owners and managers while assuring priority service in times of heavy call volume.
- Ironically, many large commercial businesses have more budgeted for their landscaping needs than for something as crucial as air conditioning for their customers and employees.
Installation
- We provide full and partial HVAC system replacement, as well as brand new ground-up installations.
Systems Design and Project Management
- We specialize in retrofitting older buildings with new heating and cooling systems.
- We can monitor several different energy management control systems.
- We are equipped to manage the maintenance on HVAC related equipment in many different states.
Power Washing
- We have top of the line power washing equipment that is equipped to handle cleaning everything from coils to vehicles to flat work.
- Our power washing equipment is equipped with the ability to heat water over 200 degrees, allowing cleanup without chemicals in most cases.
- We have the capability to haul up to 500 gallons of clean water to a site.
- We have a recovery rig capable of recovering most wash down water up to 1050 gallons.
Controls
- We have experience working with many different energy management control systems; including Tracer Summit, Tracer 100, Novar, and Honeywell, among others.
- We can monitor from our office Tracer Summit, Tracer 100, and Novar/Iscope control systems.
Service and Maintenance Contracts
- We offer service and maintenance contracts.
- Each contract is specific for the location and the amount of HVAC equipment and can be modified for the specific needs of the customer whether annual, bi-annual, or quarterly visits are required.
